This site is all about my experiences in Burkina Faso as a Peace Corps Volunteer. I hope to give readers a sense of what it’s like here through my photos and descriptions of work and life.
ABOUT ME
Originally from San Francisco, CA, I then made my way to the University of Puget Sound in the Pacific Northwest for college, followed by five years in Washington, DC at a consultancy where I worked on accounting investigations, subprime/financial institution litigation, and energy efficiency regulation, amongst other projects.
I’m currently working with a governmental microfinance institution here in Burkina (more info here) and am focusing on improving organizational efficiency as well as working on the ground with individual borrowers.
